Arms seem to be one of those areas where people can train consistently without seeing much visible progress.

Was there one change that finally made a difference for you - more weekly sets, heavier compound lifts, better exercise form, training biceps and triceps more frequently, or simply eating more?

I’ve also wondered whether people spend too much time changing exercises instead of progressing with a smaller selection. Cable pushdowns, overhead extensions, curls and close-grip pressing might not be exciting, but they appear in most successful arm routines for a reason.

What produced the clearest improvement in your own arms, and how long did it take before you noticed it?

For progress in arm volume, it is important to focus on basic exercises and a constant increase in load, rather than on frequent program changes. Proper technique, regularity and adequate nutrition help to overcome the plateau and stimulate muscle growth. In addition to the isolated processing of the biceps and triceps, heavy basic tractions and stamping make a significant contribution to the overall mass.
