This is a typical diet I will eat every single f@cking day. People that go to the gym have a sh!t diet,well not sh!T But much prefer chips,pie and peas,or fish and chips.

What does youe daily diet consist off? 1pm got up - 4xbaccon 2xegg 2xtoast and massive mug of tea 2pm 2scoops whey, 2scoops oats 3pm 2 breaded chicken breats, rice 5pm 2coops phd, rice 6pm workout 7pm 2coops phd + banana 7.30pm dinner - burgers, salad, potatoe 9-11 eggs and brocolli, tuna and brocolli, something like that, and pint of full fat milk dont have a diet, just make it up as i go along on the day lol
