      Note everything you have eaten today,even the naughty stuff and what you will finish eating for the day.

      8:00 am Bowl of oats
      10:00 am protein drink 4 egg whites
      12:00pm 2 chicken breast only
      14:30 Chicken snadwhich,nibble bread lettuce toms cucumber
      17:30 will be tuna sandwhich,nimble bread lettuce toms cucumber
      19:00 proten drink 4 egg whites 5mg Glutamine
      Snack banana and an apple.

      This is a typical diet I will eat every single f@cking day.

      People that go to the gym have a sh!t diet,well not sh!T But much prefer chips,pie and peas,or fish and chips.

      When spoken to everyone has a solid clean diet , but in reality it's somewhat different

      oats + whey shake
      training
      PWO 400ml egg whites whey + milk
      full tin of tuna carrots broccoli + jacket potato
      300grams chicken in brown square wraps with lettuace light mayo
      ##upto here so far today
      pot of quark
      stirfry /w noodles beansprouts veg + 200grams chicken
      5 egg scrambled egg + 2 brown toast
      whey shake with milk

      this is my meals today

      i may treat myself to a mars ice cream later cos todays sucked at work...

      its in the freezer and needs eating but yes ice cream in general makes me happy

      7am - Shake (200ml LEW, scoop whey, flax powder, pumpkin seeds, 100g oats)
      9am - 150g Chicken, 100g broccoli, EVOO, chilli
      12 pm - As above
      3 pm - As above
      6pm - Lean meat, veg
      9pm - Pro6 shake

      Few brazil nuts in between if im peckish...

      1pm got up - 4xbaccon 2xegg 2xtoast and massive mug of tea
      2pm 2scoops whey, 2scoops oats
      3pm 2 breaded chicken breats, rice
      5pm 2coops phd, rice
      6pm workout
      7pm 2coops phd + banana
      7.30pm dinner - burgers, salad, potatoe
      9-11 eggs and brocolli, tuna and brocolli, something like that, and pint of full fat milk

      dont have a diet, just make it up as i go along on the day lol

      Mine so far , after 1hr fasted cardio

      60g ready brek + 2scoops whey

      Tablespoon coconut oil

      Tub cottage cheese + pineapple

      2 ricecakes + peanut butter

      Tuna + pineapple

      That's it so far
