      I am 210lbs 186m
      Planning on low carb high protein diet. (cutting while minimizing muscle loss)

      looks okay, but for a 211 lb dude you'll be hungry at that low cals. i'd also replace some fats for carbs, i always feel much better when i sub some fats for carbs, even not in a deficit

      32g of peanut butter is 2tbsp and usually around 180cal, so you'll have to recalculate that.

      why, his macros look fine except fat's low. carbs are unnecessary and he says he wants to do low carb. essentially this is a rough psmf

      This isn't very sustainable, OP, too little energy.

      Keep in mind the protein sparing diets were created for OBESE people. I have read Lyle's book however and heck, I have even tried it. Would not recommend in and don't think it is mentally healthy.
