Sometimes it’s not the massive overhauls that move the needle - it’s the little tweaks we stick with.

For me, it was simply switching from late-night workouts to early evenings. I recover better, sleep deeper, and it fits my routine so much more naturally.

Curious what “small” thing made a noticeable difference for you?
      • A grip change?

      • Rest timing?

      • Swapping pre-workout for real food?
Let’s share the underrated changes that quietly levelled us up.

Great to see some views on this one - figured I’d go first!

For me, it was actually recording my workouts consistently. I used to just wing it and go by feel, but once I started tracking sets, reps, and how I felt during sessions, I noticed better progress and fewer “off” weeks.

It made me more intentional about progression and helped spot where I was slacking (spoiler: it was legs ).

Curious to hear more about the small tweaks that helped you.
