Weight loss plan help0 Also do sprints and other HIIT things. 6sets of 30 sec sprints w/ 1min moderate pace walking between is the equivilant calorie burn of like a 1.5 mile run or so, don't quote me but it's much more effective.
Weight loss plan help0 thanks for that link, lots of good stuff there I'm definitely set on making this a priority else I would not be here. So far the diet is working well in terms of feasibility and cost, and training is hurting like hell so must be doing something right. Today I did 3 sets of pull-ups, 2 sets of heavy deadlifts, 3 sets of cable rows, and 3 sets of hammer shrugs. Went for a jog yesterday about 3 miles. Just got some xtend today to sip through workouts and to pulse during my longer fasts. cheers, nate
Weight loss plan help0 cardio yesterday, gym today Close grip bench press 130lbs x 10 150lbs x 8 130lbs x 8 Tricep pulldowns 5 plates x 10 x 10 3 plates x 30 BB curl 75lbs x 12 x 10 x 9 Hammer curls 30lbs x 10 x 9 x 8 Down on the scale, top abs are starting to become visible. Diet going well: positive about how things are going, seeing some results which is nice. Now just to stick with it
