      Swim. Run. Bike. --- then do it all over again.

      He's got tons of hints to get big n lose fat for people who can't make it to the gym n can't buy the expensive foods all the time. I love it. I'm actually using his carb cycling meal plan for a comp in 8 wks. I'm a full time college student, work 3rd shift and studying for my personal trainer exam so I know the strains but I make it happen. You just gotta make it a priority.

      Also do sprints and other HIIT things. 6sets of 30 sec sprints w/ 1min moderate pace walking between is the equivilant calorie burn of like a 1.5 mile run or so, don't quote me but it's much more effective.

      thanks for that link, lots of good stuff there

      I'm definitely set on making this a priority else I would not be here. So far the diet is working well in terms of feasibility and cost, and training is hurting like hell so must be doing something right.

      Today I did 3 sets of pull-ups, 2 sets of heavy deadlifts, 3 sets of cable rows, and 3 sets of hammer shrugs.
      Went for a jog yesterday about 3 miles.

      Just got some xtend today to sip through workouts and to pulse during my longer fasts.

      cardio yesterday, gym today

      Close grip bench press 130lbs x 10 150lbs x 8 130lbs x 8
      Tricep pulldowns 5 plates x 10 x 10 3 plates x 30
      BB curl 75lbs x 12 x 10 x 9
      Hammer curls 30lbs x 10 x 9 x 8

      Down on the scale, top abs are starting to become visible. Diet going well: positive about how things are going, seeing some results which is nice. Now just to stick with it
