my favourite: ATG squats - makes me feel like a machine, etc close grip bench press - love the pump I get in my tri's standing calf raise - love not being able to walk after I get off my least favourite: stiff legged deadlift - just feels wrong in my back lat pull down - again, feels wrong my shoulder always clicks in pain, also feels like it only works my bis/forearms instead of my back leg press - groce
