This program look ok while on cycle I would rest more to be honest mate because you're growing when you're resting and eating, not training.
This program look ok while on cycle sounds a bit much, less is more when it comes to growing. Naturally I train 3 times a week heavy. On gear I'd expect to add another day of heavy weights in. So 4 times a week would be great IMO. You should combine body parts too imo you've got arms on one day but you've got shoulders the next day... Your triceps won't have recovered in time for you to be at your strongest with heavy should pressing etc. you have chest the day before too tri's will have been worked and slightly fatigued also.
This program look ok while on cycle My best program i've run so far: Mon: Chest, Thues: Back, Wedn: Rest, Thurs: Shoulders,Traps, Fri: Biceps, Abs, Sat: Legs, Sunday: Rest. So 5 training days. But if you are going to train heavy (less than 5 reps) your CNS will be raped pretty quickly, and you will be overtrained, probably. I did run this for 4months straight with 4-6 repititions, maybe did a 3-4weeks 12 repitition durring that time. After 4-5 months I got overtrained, than I took rest for a week. Oh yeah I was not on a cycle, but on A cycle I guess this would be the ****
This program look ok while on cycle Try this: Monday - Chest and Tri's Tuesday - Rest Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Rest Friday - Shoulders (and a bit of tri's if you want to) Saturday - Back & Bi's Sunday - Rest
This program look ok while on cycle Mate I use that for my training and that stays within the 8-12 rep range, rarely does it go any lower unless i am feeling strong and because im dieting.... I am not! All your lifts should be as heavy as you can go with the correct form, this routine will give you much more time to recover and grow so give it a try if you like the look of it and remember that nothing is set in stone, what works for me might not work for you but i feel this has a better chance than your original routine mate.
