Right the time has come for me to start buying/stocking up for next cycle, Ive had a few in the past consisting of dbol,test E & dbol, Test/deca, DNP ect but i want to start aiming for something other than "to get big" been dieting perfect for 8 weeks now, lost 14lbs since 30th march, loving life lol trainin going well, feeling motivated, currently finishing a 2 week course of DNP @200mg for last week. Ive never really suffered from sides on any courses apart from DNP @ 400mg, but i think everyone hates the sides from that tbh My stats are as follows: Height: 5"9 Weight: 171lbs Bench: 115kg Squat: 145Kg Deads: 220Kg my cycle in mind was as follows: wks 1-10: wildcat test/tren (test@600mg/tren@300mg) wks 1-10: armidex @ 1mg ED (changed to 0.5mg - milky) wks 5-10: clen @ 120mg 2 on 2 off wks 5-10: T3 @ (not sure what dose yet) 2 on 2 off, opposite of the clen PCT: Clomid 40mg ED for 3-4 wks My ultimate goal is to be below 10%BF, not sure what im at atm, i know that doesnt really help so i apologise, but i also wanna look lean and cut, get them abs out and start looking my best all year round. Very open to suggestions, if ive put something thats stupidly rediculous, please dont be affraid to tear into me lol, any comments or help will be appreciated. thanks

the time has come maybe 0.5mg ED? and yh sorry, diet is as follows: breakfast: 3 egg whites, wholewheat bagel snack: 40g protein shake with 20g instant oats with orange top milk Lunch: 1 large chicken breast with 1 cup broccoli snack (postworkout): 40g protein shake 25g dextrose with orange top milk dinner: 8oz steak, 1 cup long grain rice, 1 cup green veg before bed snack: 20g protein shake with water
the time has come Looks ok mate, wuld maybe try and add some more protein thro the day tho.. Also l try and stear clear of carbs in the evening as l start to gain too much fat.
the time has come so maybe last meal, not so much rice? or maybe snack with more foods like biltong? or cashews in the morning/early afternoon?
