So last Sunday I pinned 1ml tri blend in my left quad. It was a little tight with a small knot when I pinned.

Monday it was hurting good but I blasted out my squats.

Tuesday I woke up and could barely walk. Bending my knee (stretching) is very painful. There is a lump like a knot but it is very deep in the quad not towards the surface like a typical knot that I get.

Tomorrow is 7 days later and it's still there. Still painful.

I have been icing, massaging, rolling and taking 800mg naproxen every 6 hours....

At this point I am thinking sterile abcess... There is no "head" to it and no puss. I injected using the z track method.

      Anyone got a clue?

Probably in scartissue from previous injects , Scartissue can build up over time to where some injects set in there forever . My right leg is like that, Pin with a 25 and it feels like your pushing the pin through solid wood I got so much damn scar tissue there. I'd definitely leave that area alone for a month or more after it goes away.
I've had those damn things take over two weeks to go down.
Half cc injects or cut it with somthin next time imo.

I won't use High MG nothing these days, long term injects from High dosed gear, and the extra solvents builds way to much scar tissue up.

Big Pharmo companies know this, reason they have a set dose of test like 200mg,
Not that they can't make high dosed hormones, They can do it better than anyone here if they wanted lol!

Yeah there was a good crunch when I went in... I knew I shouldn't have but i did... Should I jam a 20g in there and draw? Not looking forward to that...

Hips rubbed it for a bit and without any knowledge of what my issue is said it felt like a pocket.

As fun as that will be You might try to drain it . IF you don't get much blood or oil out it is just inflamation left from a bit of tissue necrosis and yet adding more scar tissue.

IT can dispurse out into the muscle and still hang there, better than a stuborn pocket of oil though

I had one do that in my left pec, and that SOB hurt! Pec looked biger though! lmao!
