      So would it be out of context to train chest 3x a week..

      But not super intense... something like this

      Example:

      Moday- Flat Bench 6x6 (Heavy)
      Thursday- Incline 6x6 (Heavy)
      Sunday- Decline(or Weighted Dips)- 6x6 (heavy)

      and just rotate it so i have at least 48hrs of rest between. Training my arms is pointless since they grow with Benches and Pull movements.

      Tuesday- Legs
      WED- Back

      Just in case u thougth i left those out lol

      That's how I put on the majority of my size. Hit the parts a few times per week but always leave a little gas in the tank.

      Just make sure when you're pressing that your shoulder blades are pinned back to the bench.

      So do that routine? chest 3x a week?

      Instead of worrying about sets/reps and exercises, pay more attention on the squeeze and keeping constant tension on the muscle. Include DC stretching post workout as well. And I mean you should be in fucking pain doing the stretching.

      BOY I told u to work chest twice a week a year ago, u didnt listen then and probably wont listen now.

      I read your chest posts before I went to the gym last night and i went and grabbed a flat bench for bit and played with the angle of my arms.... today I can identify why regions of my pecs are ripped up. I REALLY REALLY think with the right critique and a few changes in angle you should grow fine...I think you are just set in your technique (im not referring to grip length) and your just lifting at this point and going WTF?

      not trying to be a jerk but your a stubborn kid KBD....Take some of the advice and try it...your fucking 22 and you might think you get it ALL like I did when I was 22 but now at 34 I look back and laugh... you have no reason to even want to go the Synthol route other then a set up for tits lol....

      I think pulsing would help and resistence bands could help some but its def your angle...PM me if you need more info bro. Happy to help
