Ive been so inconsistent eating junk food every day and taking weeks and months off at a time. Id have so much ****ing progress by now if I wasnt such a lazy bitch. Im cutting out all the fast food, soda, everything. Right now I'm 17, 6'0, 175 pounds. What is a realistic 6 week goal I can set for myself? Is abs visiblity possible to acheive by then?

Heres a pic of my hairy ass chest lol, and yes wide hips/10.

      If you cut, yes.

      But you need to bulk.

You don't have to cut out all the junk, just control how much you eat. Realistic 6 weeks goal is, you'd have abit more definition.

I would bulk first before even worrying about visible abs
Going to the gym daily will lead to overtraining if you don't have a proper routine and diet set up.
      Get your diet together.

Realistic goal? Who the **** cares about goals, just admire whatever progress you see in the mirror and lift consistently. You already know consistency is key, but since you haven't been consistent before you won't know what sort of achievements you can make in 6 weeks. Just lift.

Honestly if I were you i'd forget about abs for now, I lost weight last year to get a 6-pack, yeah I had a 6pack but looked like chit. You should bulk.

Sorry I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear... but if you are serious you should be thinking long term.

      190-200lbs.

It would take a good 6-12 months of clean bulking, then you can cut.

This; do a 300-500 surplus and bulk for a while.
