Guys my faice is really oily, Il wash it a couple of times a day with cold water but its still proper oily, looks nasty and I get alot of white headed spots!!

IM 18 so it might be due to the high testestrone, any advice?

accutane works well mate, if you do go down that route though just make sure you have some lip balm and moisturizer as it does tend to make skin/lips dry.

also try and drink 2+ litres of water per day, the more the better. i find if i don't drink enough i get oilier skin and more spots.

Most likely down to bad diet and not enough water intake, a lot of water being crucial drink at least a gallon a day.
provide more info for better help.

Just part of life mate, most of us have been through it, I had really bad acne when I was a teen and now my skin is perfectly clear and I never touched accutane or any other spot treatments.

Try oil/soap free gentle scrubs and moisturisers and a dollop of patience.

A dermatologist won't give you accutane unless they deem it a worthy enough case, up to you if you want to get it online without a scrip though.

F.M.J. is right most dermatologists/gp's wont give you accutane easily.
i'd just try drinking plenty of water and lots of fruit and veggies as it really does help.
regular soap is also good but beware of some of the over the counter facial scrubs as some of them are very harsh on your skin and may bring on more spots.

20mg/day 6 months would sort it I reckon, you wont get a doc to prescribe it though, have to buy it yourself I bet like me (except I had majorly bad skin)
