      I swear I remember when I made my first account here a few years back.....

      Even the noobs 2-3 years ago knew that TO GAIN WEIGHT you have to EAT!!!

      Brahs we are young, We have great metabolism's, We have no excuses ( unless you live on yoru own).
      For you guys that live with your parents, EAT!!! Its free!!!
      I dont care if you eat 4 mcdoubles a day to meet dem der macros PLEASE GOD EAT.

      You wanna be the aesthetic king of the misc brah?? EAT
      You wanna be swimming in A$$ throughout HS?? EAT
      You wanna get respect for being mooscly and jacked?? EAT BRO!!!

      I've seen 11 threads int he last 2 hours about " I cant gain weight bros I must have a god like metabolism" or " I run six miles a day to keep meh abz Need gainz"

      Im giving you the most simple solution possible.....EAT!!!!

      Im not gona go into counting macros, Im not gona go into protein synthesis, Im not gona say **** EXCEPT EAT!!!
