      I work out 4 days a week on a split that hits muscles once a week. Can someone give me some ideas on hitting my muscles twice a week in 4 days a week. Thank will rep

      Tbb make me a routine that hits muscles 2x a week

      4 days:

      Mon: Lower body
      Tues: Upper body
      Wed: off
      Thurs: Lower body
      Fri: Upper body
      Sat/Sun: off

      6 days:

      Mon: Hams, Quads, Calves, Abs
      Tues: Back, Rear delt
      Weds: Chest, Front/Side delt
      Thurs: off
      Fri: Same mon
      Sat: Same tues
      Sun: Same weds

      Switch it up every other month or so.

      PHAT in a 5 day split
      Upper/lower in a 4 day split
      Babylover SS in a 3 day split
