I was just gonna post this.
People need to realise there really only is T3 & T4 that will do what it says on the tin.
I'd never buy T5 because it seems none of the products that are widely available is anything like true T5.

I tried them too and they did nothing for me. I know a guy who swears by them though and says they give him a real buzz and shift his fat (but I think its water he's losing)
