      started my test e 1250mg e5thday with 30mg dbol for 3 weeks kickstart,,, 12 days in and put on 5kg ,, diet chicken and rice 3 times a day,, 5 protein shakes ,,with milk ,, any questions or suggestions would be great thanks ,,

      meals sumtimes variat with turkey or beef instead of chicken,,

      how much rice, how much chicken. Whats body weight, whats body fat, whats height. whats training like. are you holding water, were you lean to start with....

      Yeah go careful with the rice, I bloat out on rice...you may not but just a word of warning....

      Oats, Peanut Butter n Olive Oil will help get ur calories up (not together tho, might taste a bit funky )

      150g of brown or pilau rice ,,100g of meat each time,, height 5,7.... weight to start was 80kg ,,now 85kg was 15% bf to start with.. trainning 4 days one day biceps and chaet,, one day legs,, one day delts and tri,s,,, one day back ,,each excercise one work set and one warm up set,,bud

      Sounds pretty decent. As you were just need time now. If weight gain stalls at a later date, id add in another rice and meat meal.

      good man ,, yea sum days its 4 meals ,, i always try to take as much in as possible dis is my first proper bulk with no distractions!!;)
