Power-lifters are often labelled as "fat" on here and well, the people that are taking part in the weightlifting look pretty big and actually quite ripped.

I've taken quite a liking to power-lifting and strength training however I do want a physique that attracts biches, is it possible to combine both with different cycles of strength/hypertrophy training? Or do they only look that big and ripped because of their weight?

theyre ripped because they want to get into as low a weightclass as possible, sort of like wrestling
      your average powerlifter is fat
and yes, it is possible to cycle them, i do

So.. i'm watching the Olympic weightlifting..

That's what i'm curious about, I mean, how could they get that ripped while having such big lifts? Genetics? If they had to cut down to reach that weightclass, their lifts would drop?

lol no, its possible to gain strength while on a cut. strength=/= muscle mass(what you would lose some of on a cut)

      1. Powerlifting and olympic weightlifting are two different sports.
      2. There are weight classes for a reason, the SHW are fat, to be as strong as possible you need to be a little fat.
      3. Less posting more learning please, you appear to be an idiot.
