      Alright guys. I really need your help. I dont know what to do

      To start off I am 5'6" at roughly 128-130lbs and 15 (turning 16 this june). Im not sure if my maintenance is 2350 or 2650 (i roughly burn 300 calories a day exercising with track and lifting). The calculators i used to average 2350 i put moderately active. Not sure if it includes my running/lifting

      Here are some pictures of me now. Whats my bf look about?

      Should i bulk or cut? Im confused on this and dont know what to do.

      My macros are 130g protein and 65g fat but usually go over proteins and fats and hit around 300g carbs a day

      Help me out here brahs itll mean a lot

      You definitely need to bulk 500 calories over maintenance your body fat seems 12-13%.

      someone else told me 15-16% and i got nervous cause that is right in the middle to bulk or cut.

      Keep in mind this was 1 hour after a workout. i could take newer pics now if that helps?

      Ok, definitely! i hate being small and havent increased weight from 130 since last year :/ been lifting for 3 yeRs just never really got serious until this year...

      would that be 2650 calories or would it be 3000 calories?

      A few calculators i averaged i put moderately active. not sure if it includes my lifting and running

      2650 + 500 calories = 3150 calories

      damn so gotta start eating a lot more then. How would my macros be then? definitely not 130g protein and 65g fat

      More like 160g protein, 80g fat and rest with carbs? this is what i dont get

      or just always hit my 130g p and 65g f minimums and eat whatever to fill the rest?

      Your Probably safe with 3000-3100. Just take a little more of everything when you eat.

      Yea since you are doing track you have to compensate for the calories, the macros with 130g p 65g f and eat whatever to fill in the rest is fine. Lift hard and heavy and make sure to get enough rest.

      3000 sounds like a lot but i wanna grow and eating under maintenace is not gonna do me any favor with increasing lifts and size. Would hate to be 130lbs forever

      And how will i know to stop bulking? Maybe after a month or so take some pictures and post them and check with everyone or just go off mirror (if i think im too fat) ?
