      HI im 158 lbs and 5'10' and 16-18% BF

      Calories are too low mate, you need to eat more. Probably something more like 2500, even with a very low activity factor.

      Fat intake should be about double what you have there.

      No need for that many meals unless you like it.

      Overall, it looks like a cutting diet. It's bulking, enjoy your food.

      what about 50 grams fat and 250 carbs and 190 protein that would make like 2400 cals

      i think going up to 2400 cals, i have a really slow metabolism

      Why are you wanting to go so stingy on fats? You're bulking, they are a necessary part of your diet.

      17 and on dat der starvation diet.

      OP - go home and eat your parents out of house and home while you still have access to free food. Then go the gym and pick up the heaviest things you can and put them back down. Repeat the process until desired results are achieved.

      Seriously, eat a normal/balanced diet to feed your growing body.
