Well folks I was lifted at around 0500 by the police and my car was outside the house.

I admit I drove the car to the house but when I drove it I was sober, As I only started drinking after.

Police say they have evidence of me driving at 0200??????

Also there are witnesses to say I was drinking, which are complete lies, and a witness says he saw me getting into the car looking drunk.

It looks pretty bad I admit, BUT I was not caught in my car behind the wheel when over the legal limit so really hope ive got a leg to stand on???

Anyone know of any good solicitors in Scotland that could help fight my case for me???

Yes, they can also back calculate alcohol levels and work it to some degree how much would be in your system based on his prior to sweet. They will be able to work out if you drunk prior to driving or post depending on when you say you travelled compared to when you gave your samples.

My mate got done for drink driving just by sitting in seat didn't even hav key was charged with drunk incharge of motor vehicle was even a sleep 12 month ban

what were your readings? and did you give a blood sample? what did they actually charge you with?

a guy i know similar thing happened he had drove home half drunk parked up and everything then a few hours later went to his car to get his cigs out and as he went back in his house there was a bang on the door it was the filth they said he had been drink driving he explained that he only got his cigs out and that the last time he had drove was hours previous they said they had a phone call saying he had been driving eratically he denied it and went to shut the door on them when one of them tried to jump on him so in his defence he knocked the copper to the floor next minute the remaining coppers had CS gassed him his own grandson who lives with him came walking down the stairs and the coppers sh1t themselves and he ran out to a local relatives then they arrested him took him in then released him..

months later when up court he only got points loads tho but its not a ban but not sure what he actullay got done for
