http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-6ugLM3ARw - My child hood idle

Well working with @dutch_scott cannot wait to crack on.

Received my diet and training tailored around my timetable which is pretty limited :'(. Diet looks great I thought I ate a lot but this put it in perspective for me (I was always scared to eat loads, some serious food issues from childhood i think).

Bit about me, 26yrs old, 10 hours+ a day behind a computer. I was terribly terribly unfit having basically been a nerd for most my life .

Being with an outgoing other half motivated me to better myself. I could not believe the difference in my mood and well being working out gave me I am a completely different person to what I was 2+ years ago.

      I started out at 140lbs @ 6ft 2 - Here i was eating 1 meal a day and was pretty depressed.

heres a pic for your amusement!

Pretty damn unfit, no muscle, a light breeze would blow me away!

This pic I am approx 180lbs this was taken about 6-7 weeks ago maybe a bit more. Excuse the Super Mario pyjamas thought it might amuse!

Will get some new ones to show my starting point with Dutchs training.

My current training for the past 2 months has been a 4 day split + boxing which has really helped my CV (fitter than I have ever been currently). I am not particularly strong but i reckon all the food should help me along with that .

So tonight I normally train but going to go on a shopping spree to pick everything I need up. I like to be prepared as it stops me stressing. I am very much 100% dedicated or whats the point.

So dutchs training is about building up size and getting me leaner. Will be popping down to his gym soon so he can destroy me ;D (weight lifting ).

Anyway this journal is for me to keep a written and visual log of my progress and for anyone who is bored to tears . I cannot believe how much I have come on by myself so this is me taking it to the next level and beyond.

      Cheers for reading

Cheers appreciated. I got one question. I was just ordering some glutamine and i saw a glutamine/bcaa stack worth getting that or just stick with pure glut?

All depends on what Scott has wrote in the plan mate. For now it could be less confusing just to buy the BCAA and Glut seperate and that way you can measure out exactly what the plan says as I'm not sure what the ratio of BCAA:Glut would be in the mix

Cheers. Hardest thing for me has been eating food. gong from one meal a day to forcing 5/6/7 small meals down me a day is still tough!
