Im sticking with the basics trying to get most of my carbs and alot of my protein from food will be having 4 100% whey shakes ED with most of my meals.

So its gonna be pretty simple

      oat porridge 200grams breakfest

jasmine rice 400grams (boiled in ricecooker) with 600grams of chicken fillet(boiled) With 2 tablespoons of olive oil, divided into 4 meals throughout the day.

SAN Nutrition 100% whey protein shake 90grams with every meal.

so iv cut out the gainershakes and replaced it with whey and more solid foods theirby also cutting out some cals inn the process,

      Cals total: 3470.

      protein total 416.

additional daily supplements Multivitamins, Omega 3,6 caps.

Any critique and valuable advice would me much appreciated.

You dont really need 416g protein everyday to gain.. You should be aiming for 1.3g/LB Protein and 0.5g/LB Fats, then get the rest of your cals from whatever you want

Whats your goal? Lean or bulk?

Through some nuts in too, almonds, cashew and soya beans, good fats.

I'm running a simlar calorie intake, using eggs, chicken, rice, nuts, isolate whey and nuts.

Im really just aiming to saturated my body with protein to grow im normally around 5000 cals when bulking so this will actually lean me out quite abit. Some say 1,2 some say 1,3 some even say 2-3 grams l/LB of protein ED , healthy fats i get from oliveoil in my food and Omega3,6 caps.

If your going to be eating chicken four times a day i would be aiming for 200G of chicken per meal, and personally it looks very boring!!will you be able to stick to that??four meals the same each day is hardcore.

What i do now is have a breaky of eggs(around eight four full four white)wheetabix,
Meal two. tuna x 2 and baked sweet pot.
Meal three.200g of chicken breast with salad(avacardo, lettuce, cucumber, cherry toms and a we bit cheese)
      TRAIN
      pwo a bottle of lucozade

      Meal four..same as meal three
Meal five Lean red meat like steak or mince made into a chilly
Meal six.Full packet of turkey bacon

Usually have a banana or two through the day and i can swap my last meal and sixth meal around minus the wheetabix, and swap the order other ones so i don't get bored.
