I have a question that involves my diet. I am really not fond of brown rice and sweet potatoes but i love all veggies and meat really. I was wondering if i replaced my carbs with good beans(pinto, kidney, etc not in a can either, all from scratch) would i be gaining weight or losing or how would it affect me. I am 258, 6'4'' and i want to lose about 25 pounds or so. I dont mind eating different combinations of beans. would this help or hinder my weight loss?

It's good that you don't eat feces, as that would be detrimental to your health. But if I had your diet, I would get bored
VERY fast. I suggest branching out with your carbohydrate sources.

I was under the impression that the OP was talking about consumption of human fecal matter.

lol. Funny. I meant crap like bread and milk and Greek yogurt, heck i don't eat yogurt period. really. I am not big on oatmeal either. I just know beans are a good source of protein and fiber and i know i can stand the taste of them over the other suggested carbs. Any other suggestions?

I just finished a bag of chips. I also regularly consume Ice-Cream and other "crap" that makes up roughly half of my daily carb intake.
I've just reached the lowest BF levels in 6 years eating like a sane person. I also take only 2 supplements and see no reason for any more.

Stick around man. You'll learn alot by being here.

Namely to once again enjoy food without the restraint of arbitrarily limiting your food choices for no good reason.

Also big WTF?!? Milk is crap now?

Dude, just throw away just about anything you have ever read about nutrition and biology in general and start fresh. I think that would help.

So "crap" means foods that you don't like the taste of. I see.
