I have been using whey protein I have just run out, I bought it from holland and Barrett though then a few people told me not to. Where do I get that one you explained and what will it do? I don't really understand the different types like creatine etc. thanks

I was being funny...as in it matters not much.

For reference, I myself use impact whey from www.myprotein.co.uk

Holland and barret is overpriced. It's ok if your in a jam and get caught short and are dying from catabolism. If not, hang off and get online.
