Trying to get a diet planned, came up with this

      1. 60g oats 200ml milk 1tbs PB 1scoop pro

      2. Can of tuna in sunflower oil, 2slices Edam, 2 tortilla

      3. 175g chicken breast, 75g uncooked basmati rice 1tbs evoo

      4. 250g rump, 200g new pots, broccoli

      5. 1tbs PB 1slice seeded bread

      6. 25g nuts 1scoop pro 1 tbs fish oil

This comes out as 3400 cals 270 pro 270 carbs 140 fat(45 sats)

Does this sound like too many sat fats? Any other opinions on this?

All the macros except the sat fats, I think I need to bulk, so what to replace with?

Are you looking to clean bulk or fine with adding some fat ?

Thing is we are all very differnent, l cant do carbs in the evening as l get too fat, some people can.

What you do is start with a base and work around it.

I don't mind adding a little fat as a clean bulk would take me forever, I struggle to gain weight.

I've been bulking for 4 months put on just over a stone without a set diet just keeping an eye on macros.

Been getting 3500 cals 220+ pro 200-300 carbs about 140fats not sure on sats.

Thought I'd try to get a diet together as sometimes I find myself out of food or
Coming up a bit low by the end of the day.

If your fine with addin the fat mate then yeah stick with what you said.

I am going the other way now, looking too lean up and TBH dont want to be fat again.

Bulking and cutting is a waste of effort IMO, but some people love it.

So do u lean bulk then?

I'm only 4 months into training so after I bulk up then cut some fat I might try to stay lean but think I need the muscle mass first?

I am cutting ATM but when l reach my desired goal l will lean bulk then for as long as l continue too train.

Its like this mate, if l want to call myself a " bodybuilder " l want too look like a " bodybuilder " not some fat git who looks like he trains a bit.
