Fukin tired of this acne, since school started I've broken out annoying as hell.

I'm thinking I may go on a bro diet limiting processed foods to see what happens. I'm on that IIFYM time right now but eat alot of the same foods everyday:

Those are the past three days.

Think this could treat it? I've got 4-7 whiteheads all the time pissing me off.

I used to have moderate acne. Now it's not so noticeable, but it's still there...

It sucks man, it's a genetic thing. Have you tried accutane?

I used to have horrible acne. I was prescribed amoxicillin and a solution that contained benzoyl peroxide.

I now only take the amoxicillin because the scrub wasn't good enough. Clean and Clear 3 step system really helped me out.
Also, whatever you do, DO NOT POP your pimples, whiteheads, etc. This allows more bacteria to enter and you end up with a bigger problem.

50mg zinc from wal-mart also helped me out (and it increases test levels)

I haven't read anything or heard of anything about processed foods leading to acne. I do know that it varies from person to person, though. My friend will break out if he eats too many carbs; I break out if I eat too many fats.

      Basically, just remember:
      1) Don't pop anything
      2) Use a facial scrub, not soap.
      3) Take 50mg zinc

Accutane can affect your ability to reproduce, and your digestive system.

In regards to food, I've done a lot of research, and the only thing that many dermatologists agree is tied to acne and food is possibly dairy products. I'd cut back on dairy, and also de-stress if your stressed out, because that can lead to acne as well.

Da fuq don't really want to do accutane then...

Yah I eat alot of dairy products...I don't feel stressed out, but maybe I really am not sure.

Yeah I try not to pop them.

What do you mean by a facial scrub you mean like a loofah?

No. You can get it at Wal-Mart or Target. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Clean-Clea...12-oz/10818510

Literally makes acne disappear. Works really well for me!

Lowering my fat and sodium intake helped me a lot, along with some prescribed anti biotics.

Oh, and by the way, OP. If you don't want to spend $12 for that kit (which is literally amazing), take some vinegar, apply it to a cotton pad and rub it on your face like you would an astringent. It makes your face smell like crap for a while but if you just leave it for 30 minutes or so that works wonders to clear up as well.
