Last few times before the gym i took a few cans on redbull... did the trick :L but i'm looking a proper pre-workout, cheers.

You're young man, you really shouldn't need any preworkout supplements. I'd honestly suggest against it.

try muscle marinade. just started using that and love it.

if you were specifically looking to use C4 or Jack3d, i'd choose jack3d. i liked it much more than the samples of C4 i've used.

if he's already drinking multiple cans of redbull, i don't think it's too tall of claim to say he'd be BETTER OFF using a pre-workout.

I know what you mean like, and i'm usually against supplements, but the other day i took thoose energy drinks, and it was probably the best gym session i've done in 2 years. I upped the weight on my bench press and got 4x10 reps easily..

Don't buy a premixed preworkout supplement, they are a waste of cash. I make my own,
      Beta alanine 4g
      Citrulline malate 4g
      L-tyrosine 1.5g
      Acetyl L-carnitine 1.5g
      Caffeine 200mg
      45 minutes preworkout.

Buy them separately or make a mix at a site like true protein.com. I just buy them separately off amazon and take them all preworkout. It's a larger initial investment, but it will last you months and months.

I've tried jack3d, C4, Muscle Pharm, NO Xplode, Craze, & Neurocore. Currently taking Neurocore; my favorite so far has been Craze followed by Neurocore and Muscle Pharm was pretty good; Jack3d I haven't tried in a while but C4 and NO Xplode did nothing for me had trials of both not too long ago. I would get a short burst of energy and then I wouldn't feel any mental focus. In most pre-workouts ppl are looking for focus mostly focus, pumps, & strength. Focus is the biggie for me pumps will come and strength is a side bar in my opinion but craze definitely gives the best focus really good with pumps too.

      It is cheaper

I would add DMAA to that list, personal preference.
