How much do you guys bring pork into your diets?

It's cheaper than chicken and you can get good cuts of it without all the fat on it.

I don't know in comparison what it is to chicken/steak/turkey protein wise

      Pork

I use it regulary. 500g of pork fillet is cheap, and tastes good roasted. Certainly more nutritious than straight chicken breast!

      Pork

I find it a bit easier to eat, instead of never ending chewing cold chicken breasts lol

might stock a load up soon, aldi/lidl meat is soo cheap compared to other places, im hopefully getting access to a wholesalers soon so might need to invest in a big freezer lol

      Energy

With only 103 calories per 100g the hog is ideal for those trying to become less of a porker. It’s also a stellar source of vitamins B12, B6 and B3, which break down the carbs and fat to help your muscles pig out on the energy from the rest of the foods on your plate.
      Muscle

Chomping chops gives you 20g of protein per 100g. What’s more, eating like a pig won’t make you look like one because research at the US Institute of Food Technology found that pork tenderloins have as much fat as a lean chicken breast. It’s also rich in zinc, which helps your body produce the testosterone used to build muscle and the stamina of a boar
      Recovery

A 200g hunk of pork will give you 100% of your RDA of the antioxidant selenium, which research in Biological Trace Element Research found helped athletes recover faster after exercising to exhaustion. The muscle repairing mineral zinc will also help keep your immunity high after exercise according to a study in Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews. So eating the swine may actually help you stave off the swine flu.
