      hi i have been trying to cut down some body fat but having no luck with it, i weigh 236 pound and am 6ft 1 age 22 can any1 give me a ruff idea on what calorie intake i should have. also traininng paln would be helpfull thanx for any help

      Have a look for a BMR calculator. Should give you a rough idea on your required Cals.

      yes i am currently on low carb diet with lots of protine i do 30 min of cardio every day and 1 hour of weights 5 times a week. i just dnt seem to loose a pound, AGAIN ANY ADVICE WILL BE APPRESHIATED

      6.00 AM 30 G OATS

      9.00 AM PROTINE SHAKE

      12.00 TUNA WITH 1 TBL SPOON OF LOW FAT MAYO

      03.00 PM SHAKE

      06.00 STEAK AND EGG OR SALMON

      09.00 SHAKE.

      GOT ABOUT AN INCH OVER MY BELLY CAN PUT PICS UP IF NEEDED

      from you original post I would think that you would be loosing weight based on your diet and current weight. Im only 176lb and am cutting on more food than you curently eat so at your weight its should be comming off. Pics will help for sure.

      How are you not losing weight? If this is absolutely true, then you would be losing weight. How long have you been eating like this? Simple fact is, if calories in are less than calories out, then you will lose weight.

      Sure theres not any sneaky snacks or binges in there?
