Ok so I have been trying to tone down on the fats in my diet lately and i have always thought pb&j sandwiches were healthy. But, I looked at the nutrition on my skippy peanut butter and it had 16g of fat per serving! I'm pretty sure that is alot. I Think i must use about 2 servings on a sandwich and thats 32g of fat which is roughly what half my daily intake should be.

so what i'm trying to ask is are pb&j sandwhiches good lunches for dieting or are they way to high in fat?

Your daily intake of fat should be 32g? Do you weigh 80 pounds?

IMO, nuts and PB are pretty poor for cutting. They are far too calorie dense and dense in fat at that. Additionally their satiety factor is pretty low.

That being said its rich in monounsaturated fat which is a nicer fat to have than saturated.
