Who uses olive oil to add calories ? Do you just add into shakes ? How much do you use ? Is it better suited for a particular kind of diet ? I struggle to get all the calories in so this could be a good way, but don't know much about it as per the questions above Cheers
Olive Oil I use EVOO in my mass building shakes, I usually add a single tablespoon which is around 110 calories. Just throw it in with your whey or whatever else you're putting in there and mix it / blend it up and down the hatch, can't taste it at all.
Olive Oil i normally use 15 mil in with my tuna, mayo and mixed veg in the morning and also have a second serving on my rice and veg with my dinner in the evening, good way to get clean calories and healthy fats etc
Olive Oil I do, 2 tablespoons twince a day in both my shakes and i will put the same amount over rice/pasta daily. About 6 tablespoons a day roughly 600 cals... Easy and unoticable.

Olive Oil How much cals are you aiming for? If you have a good mass gainer with 1000 odd cals per shake you should'nt be finding it too difficult mate
Olive Oil Well I am using two scoops of fine oats and two scoops of impact whey in each shake, think that about 450ish calories per shake. So thats is no where near the 1k mark lol. Find it v hard with diet as always on the road of at different sites
