Hi All, not sure what's wrong but I have been feeling really tired lately. been eating well and even took a few days off from gym, but has not helped. anything I could take to help boost energy? even while posting this thread i kept yawning cheers
No Energy! need help... We all go through peaks & troughs. You could try drinking a cup of Man The F@*k Up & get on with it or take some amphetamines. Maybe you're just diabetic!? Stop ham shanking & get some sleep.
No Energy! need help... You say "recently" as if before you were bursting with energy and now somethings changed? On a cycle, pct? Changed shifts, studying more? New gym routine? New low carb diet?
No Energy! need help... What about going outside for a walk and getting some air? Maybe a short run? Are you eating properly? What's your diet like?
