I'd personally say not enough protein, but it depends how much you weigh! however, I presume because you are cutting you weigh more than 177lbs? even then you could still add some more in, I'm cutting at the moment, hit 2 week point today, my macros are 290-320g protein, 50-60g carbs, 50-60g fat, the fats flying off! however, don't actually weigh myself until Friday so I don't know how much I've lost in weight

New Cutting Diet including macros critic? tbh Diz im not the best person to ask i just find it really really hard to focus and train heavy with such a little amount of carbs down me, could try sweet potato or brown rice, when i start cutting i will always shoot for 100g if possible... This is just what i found worked for me bud, see how you go on that if you like, whats your routine like!?
New Cutting Diet including macros critic? Diz if you want to up ur P maybe add more than 1 scoop of ur p. Thats why i want a shake high in p because i never have time to eat, i will be looking to eat around 200g or 250g of p with around 100g of carbs, daily. and hit the cardio 5 days a week
