      Quick check up on my new cutting diet for summer

      Supplements Whey,Thermopure,CLA MultiVits,Omega3,Garlic Caps,Creatine Caps

      Carrying around 19% Bodyfat at the moment Want to get it down as much as possible by July-August

      Possible Cycle in April not 100% decided what to go for yet but im liking the look of Chap Labs Shreaded Mass for 4-6 weeks Tamox PCT 4 weeks

      Any Input is Appreciated

      I'd personally say not enough protein, but it depends how much you weigh! however, I presume because you are cutting you weigh more than 177lbs? even then you could still add some more in, I'm cutting at the moment, hit 2 week point today, my macros are 290-320g protein, 50-60g carbs, 50-60g fat, the fats flying off! however, don't actually weigh myself until Friday so I don't know how much I've lost in weight

      I will be cutting soon, just a lil stubborn fat i have gained over the last few weeks, due to eating junk!

      Im 5'8 and weigh bout 180Lbs

      Haysey up the Carbs? I thought lower carbs for cutting?

      How do you get in 320 grams of protein? what do you eat mate? and so little carbs?

      tbh Diz im not the best person to ask i just find it really really hard to focus and train heavy with such a little amount of carbs down me, could try sweet potato or brown rice, when i start cutting i will always shoot for 100g if possible...

      This is just what i found worked for me bud, see how you go on that if you like, whats your routine like!?

      Diz if you want to up ur P maybe add more than 1 scoop of ur p.

      Thats why i want a shake high in p because i never have time to eat, i will be looking to eat around 200g or 250g of p with around 100g of carbs, daily.

      and hit the cardio 5 days a week

      Yeah my total is 138 Grams lol???

      I do a 4day Split Chest Tris, Shoulders,Legs,Back and Bis

      I do 15 mins HIIT on the tread 3 days

      Gud gud, up your P then bud, drink shed loads of water as well...i used to do hit mon wed fri and on the other days jog as normal..
