      Hi,

All my life i've been pretty much just bulk/clean bulking and never tried to cut properly so i'm not so sure what to do.

      My Daily intake is around:

      200gram protein
      200-250gram carbs
      20gram fats
average of about 2000 to 2300 calories per day.
split into 4-5 meals, usually 2 before my workout, and the rest afterwards.

I take multi vit's, glucosamine and fish oil.
      My usual supplement stack is:
      Protein,
      Pre workout supp,
      glutamine
      BCAA.

      -----
Is there anything i should change about my diet?
How should my workout routine be like?
I heard of HIIT Training? what is it like and shall i do it?

As for my cardio, i box 4 times a week for 1 hour, which is mostly sandbag work, fitness drills and sparring.

Any help provided will be much appreciated.
      please also estimate my BF%

I am by no means an expert, but 20 grams of fat seems a little low to me. Also it says you weight 161 lbs, and i thought while cutting your carb intake should be around .5-1 X your body weight, so possibly too many carbs too.

Okay, so i'll cut down my carbs to around 150-200 MAX?
but that'll make my calorie intake very low i think

And i appreciate the help guys!

I would cut carbs, and use the leftover calories for good fats, like nuts, peanut butter, and fatty fish. Good fats are vital to keeping the body running, and at 161 lbs you should eat about 80g good fat a day.

It shouldnt hurt cutting, since you do so much cardio ypu should burn all the fat quickly. If you are really worriedyou could go lower, but i wouldnt go lower than 60 grams of fat a day. I would eat the fats at any time except for right after working out, but i may be wrong about that, thats just how i do it.
To your other question about HIIT cardio, it is basically warming up, then going all out on whatever cardio you are doing (like running) for 30-45 seconds, then going back to a normal pace for no more than a minute and a half, then repeat.

      Il make this simple....

Carbs=energy, access energy=fat...cut down on carbs and your body will start burning fats. But at the end of the day your calorie count matters more(in my opinion atleast) then most other things.
Dont do a fast cut or you will have an increased chance to lose muscle. A slow, steady cut will get you better results and keep you feeling more fresh during the cut.

I have read plenty of times that what you eat for breakfast is going to determine what your body does for the rest of the day. If you get a low amount of carbs for breakfast you mightnot have as much energy(which could be bad) but it causes your body to burn off your stored energy(fat) throughout the day instead of trying to use up the carbs you ate for breakfast.
