Great work - how has this all impacted your weight and muscle definition?
2x8 45lb warm up
2x8 95lbs warm up
lying leg curl
My weight has been fluctuating badly since I got off of my cutting diet. I've noticed changes in the legs, but not much on the midsection and upper body. Strength and stamina have improved a lot, though! How are your workouts going?
I presume your weight fluctuations are to do with your muscle/fat levels? As more fat turns to muscle you will probably see an increase in weight?

I always get information for workout from online store blog, they are selling Boxing Equipment called RDX Sport and they have official Blog where they are sharing Fitness tips, I bought all boxing Equipment from them but if your Instruction helps me in fitness I will try
2x5 bar weight warm up
5x5 65lb, working sets
8 95lbs warm up
20 box jumps
15 rope slams
10 15lb db clean and press
I'm not sure.. my routine is basically programmed to increase my strength as I'm trying to polish my Oly lifts. My circuit training is set to help me lean down.. Idk how it will affect your goal, but I see no harm if you want to try it
5 ea side single leg hop
5 ea side single leg lateral hop
5 ea side single leg hop with 180 degree turn
10 6lb ball slams
2 different drills on the speed/agility ladder
3x10 face pulls
3x10 ea side one arm db press
I presume you are feeling much healthier after all of your hard work? Does it help feel better both in a physical and a mental way?
