my friend who is 16 already has an impressive body
he is not big by any means but he has never lifted weights (only pushups ect) and eats what he wants and has a low bodyfat and muscle that took me a few months of hard work in gym to get bigger than.
I have been training 1 year and have next year planned for when i cut to be the time of my life as the having an unmatchable body compared to majority of people my age
however, he wants to start gym also and I am really tempted to give him bad advice and lead him down wrong roads to give me that extra edge

I realise this is very ****y and unfair but...
      its a cruel world?

      WTF? no.

work harder to stay bigger than him, use it as motivation if you want.
