      Morning: Porridge with sliced banana.

Through the day: 2 sandwiches, 1/2 at a time.
50/50 bread, flora cuisine spread, some light fat mayo, 2-3 scrambled eggs (whole), cress, slice of ham in each.
      An apple or 2

Protein shake (with water), every other day.

      If hungry at night:
Poached white fish fillet (from frozen)
      small portion of rice.

My aim is to reduce my fat %. last week I was at 17%, want to get down by 10%. I will not lose any weight my body stays at 75kg no matter what. Getting rid of love handles and belly fat, love handles are almost gone. I would like to get there by 1 month, but that's just a wish

Should I remove the bread? I am planning on using tortilla wraps tomorrow, and making them with brown flour.

I ripped a suit last month!! lol, hopefully my diet is ok, but I'd appreciate any comments or critiques to it.

Thought the carbs would be bad to lose size. Would carbs not make my waist bigger?

Just an assumption that's wrong I guess.

Fair point, but i'm not really informed on that kind of information about food, I do understand it would make it easier for the more experienced people here, but it I think I'm happy with the help I'm getting so not going to search around and try to figure out this macro nutrient business. I do apologise if it does cause annoyance to some.

Well I am reading a post someone else linked, may just do this macro stuff in a little bit.

Yup, but I'm genuinely curious how the assumption came about. I mean, you didn't just randomly make it up, right? You had to have heard or read something somewhere that demonized carbs and planted the seed of doubt.
