      I AM 172 lbs
      My goal maintain weight and lose fat gain muscle

      is my meal plan giving me every thing i need plz do comment


      MEAL 1 9 :30

      5 egg whites
      1 chapati whole wheat baked with no oil (good source of carbs )


      MEAL 2 12 :30

      1 chicken breast
      1 chapati


      MEAL 3 3 :30

      1 scoop of gold standard whey
      1 cup of oat/porridge


      MEAL 4 6 :30

      chicken breast with chapati
      or
      1 scoop of gold standard whey
      1 cup of oat/porridge

      gym at 7:30

      Post work out

      1 scoop of gold standard whey

      then power walk


      MEAL 5 9 : 00

      chicken breast with chapati

      before going to sleep i drink gold standard whey

      Need to state your TDEE, total cals in your diet, and macros.

      Your fat intake looks whack.

      first tell us what you found to be your TDEE, protein minimum and fat minimums. seems liek you aren't getting nearly enough fats.

      my TDEE multiplied AND MY TOTAL CAL intake would be 2785.335

      my bmr is 1856.89 with my activity level 1.5 which is 1856.89.
