      I have posted once. But now, again..

      MEAL 1- half cup raw rice(70g) but i cooked it and chicken breast and brocoli + 8oz of orange juice

      MEAL 2 - 2 scoops of syntha-6

      MEAL 3 - 2 scoops of whey + 8oz of milk ( postworkout)

      MEAL 4 - half cup raw rice(70g) but i cooked it and chicken breast and brocoli

      MEAL 5 - 1 scoop of ceasin

      TOTAL - 2075 CALORIES, P=208grams, C=250g, F=27g

      I am thinking of reducing carbs abit and more protein at night 2 scoops of ceasin !!! ANY IDEA?

      Definitely lack of fats. Reduce protein and up the fats.

      Lack of fruits

      Why so many protein shakes? I doubt you're getting enough MICROnutrients

      And, very boring and plain, but if you're fine with it, then so be it.

      Take protein to 170 up fats as most as you can. Chick and broc for breakfast yuck !!

      Does 208g seems abit more to you bro? I dont want to up my fat intake. But maybe i could try a table spoon of peanut butter at night with my ceasin 8g of fats. I am afraid that my calorie content will go up.

      fats are essential. Protein and fats ARE essential. You can neglect carbs, but you can't neglect protein and fats. You would mess up your hormones. I suggest you to read the stickies.

      You asked for "suggestions", and that's what everyone is going to tell you.

      Thank you. I will reduce carbs abit and up the fats up to 40g i guess. from 27g.

      I would aim for 65 to 70g. The general recommendation is .4 to .5/pound of body weight, I believe.

      I weigh less than you, and I aim for at least 65g of fat. Generally I get around 70g.
