      Deadlifts 3 x 4-6
      Lat pulldowns /or Pullups 3 x 10-12
      Seated rows 3 x 10-12
      DB Rows 3 x 10-12
      DB Curl 3 x 6-8
      BB Curl 3 x 6-8

Do you think it is good?

i wonder if adding Face Pulls 3 x 10-12 can be beneficial?

Cable curls laying down are my favourite bicep exercise.

Re: Facepulls - is it a back and bi day or a pull day (essentially the same thing). If its the former, save them for shoulders, if it's the latter, and a few sets in, before bi's.

It is good if you feel it is good and start to gain off it, all I will say is change a few things once a month and the face pulls are a good move but I do them with my shoulder day
