  • MP Assault PWO - Should I?

      I recently received 3 free trials of MP Assault PWO on my recent purchase of whey @ GNC. It says it contains creatine, which i dont take and have never taken before. I really just want to try it out and see how PWO's work and since i have a free trial, i figured now would be the chance, but i dont know if its worth it, im only 16. Do you guys think it would be harmful in anyway to use these 3 trials?

      Its fine.

      Just dont take it within 5 hours before when you plan on sleeping if its your first.
