Mcd's 20 piece... Nothing good can come out of eating that, so long as you follow your Macros though, you wont get fat. I would not reccommend it at a health stand point though.

Unless your total daily energy intake is extremely high, consuming that much processed food (~850 calories) per day is less than ideal for a number of reasons including, but not limited to the fact that it would displace too large a percentage of nutrient rich whole and minimally processed foods.
