      So I started trying to lose weight at the end of march when I was 5'10" 212 lbs. I currently weigh 150 lbs. I feel like everyday I'm losing a pound and I'm getting worried about my health. I get dizzy everytime I stand up. What should I do? I'm currently on a diet where I don't eat any junk foods at all and I don't drink sodas. Should I stop immediately. I'm becoming extremely worried that my weight will just keep dropping. I'm also a Muslim and its currently Ramadan so I fast during the day.I eat one meal at night and then breakfast at around 4 am. I probanly get 1000 calories on a good day. Any advice?

      ya you should not be losing a pound a day.... wtf. What are you doing for your diet otehr than not eat junk food or soda? Never a good thing if you get dizzy EVERYTIME you stand up.

      That's basically my diet but the things I do eat, I eat them in low servings.

      I highly suggest you read the stickies, the way your going about your weight loss would be improved a LOT with the knowledge held there.

      I weighed myself five days ago and I was 155 lbs. Today I am exactly 150 lbs. I am losing weight too quickly.

      Stickes bro....

      you probably arent counting your calories correctly. Balparking it at 1000 calories isnt very good either.
      Get your macros in check.
      Fasting doesnt mean you cant eat right. Hit your macros and your required calories when you open the fast.

      Well originally I just wanted to be skinnier. I was tired of being fat. Well the end result was I am skinner but am unhappy as my health seems to be getting worse as I'm losing weight too fast.

      I want to get up to 160 and maintain. I don't want to step on the scale next week and weigh 140 lbs. I'm thinking of just stopping my diet all together and just eating normal,drinking pop etc.

      I think im just going to bulk and build muscle.
