Basically I bulked to a reasonable size and acquired muscle decent for me but now i have a bit of excess fat i want to lose (avi) what's a good type of diet to lose that? cutting down on what and .. so on need to get the jist of things thanks for your time
Losing BF% No need to make it too complicated to start off with. Just cut your calories to 10-20% below your TDEE and eat what you want. Once you plateau, you can think about taking on a "specialised" diet if need be.
Losing BF% hmm fair enough, i just meant to lose a bit of weight to look more defined. so i meant less sugars.. more water.. and less at meals and longer waits before i eat again? etc.
Losing BF% What ? It's the simplest way of putting it. You need to eat at a caloric Deficit while maintaining a decent level of protein intake not rocket science brah
Losing BF% Yes. Eat what you want. He has to take in 1-1.5g of protein per lb of lbm and a healthy dose of fat, but other than that, he can eat anything he likes to make up his calorie requirement. I don't need to read the stickies. Do you?
Losing BF% You don't need help. Like the poster up there says - it's not rocket science. Work out your lbm, eat 1-1.5g of protein per that lbm. Get a good dose of healthy fats into your diet and that's it. As long as you stay under your calorie limit, you can eat anything you want. More calories out than in calories in equals fat loss. Simple as that. Edit. You also might want to add some nice green veggies into your diet. The fibre and the nutrients they contain can never hurt.
