I know there is much bogus information out there regarding how much body fat we can burn in a single week, and much of it supports the 1 pound a week theory for optimal health. Has anyone burnt more than that 1 pound while cutting?

(ECA increases metabolism by about 5%, while cytomel+clen increases metabolic rate by up to 10%). One will note a definitive increase in heat after carbohydrate consumption, or any atp, including creatine. I'm not going to get into telling you how to run it. Though I will say a large arsenal of support supplements are necessary for a full (2-3wk) and safe cycle. It was once used to mark mines and used as a mild explosive. Later in the 1920's and 1930's it was widely marketed across the US as a miracle weight loss supplement. Today, it is mostly used in paint thinner and pesticides.

I'm taking nothing with my cycle, not even a multi, and there is no reason support supps are necessary. 20lbs in 15 days hurr.
