why do alot of people skip legs, aint that suppose to be the main part cause its near half your body weight and suppose to help growth
legs Because many people like to have a buff upper half, apparently it's more appealing to the opposite sex. I've seen these 17 year old lads in my gym just doing biceps 3 times a week. I've skipped a few leg days due to setting a goals for size on the chest, bigger arms ect. My legs have always been small compared to my upper half even before going to the gym, but I do work them. I don't really feel enthusiastic to do my legs and I'm sure it's a common occurrence with other people, I find them a chore, but of course they are mandatory. EDIT: Also people like to reveal their upper bodys, or frequently have them on show, so they want to improve their upper body first. I do know people who are obsessed with training legs, but many people don't see others legs, so I feel this may have some effect.
