      Okay well its 9 pm and i need 2500 calories today, and so far ive only gotten like 1200, meaning i have to eat 1200 calories in like an hour and a half before i stop my fast... hmmm any help on getting those calories in by 10:30, should i eat like every 30 minutes or just consume all the calories in one meal.

      do whatever you want as long as you get those calories in before your fast. I would make one mean shake(700+cals) and the rest in food

      You know that you don't have to consume calories only within an 8 hour window, right? It's just a function of personal preference and convenience. You know this, right?

      eat food. My meals regularly go upward 2300 cals in one sitting. And you don't need to be so anal about your feeding window

      hmm Well im doing the 14/10 fast, so you suggest i fast a for like 12/12 for tonight or wahtever, because my lunch break is at 12 everyday

      Just wanted to stay as close to the program protcol as i can, as ive only been on the this way of eating for about 2 weeks

      Why do i want to try and stay consistent? Shouldnt you always stay conistent? Or why have i started the program? Because i wanted to try a new way of eating as i saw many people are doing this program now.

      ^ Eating in a 10 hour window is no better or worse than eating in an 8 hour window or a 12 hour window, so why do you care if you "miss your eating window"?
