I started this school year (August 29) at 6 foot 150 lbs at around at least 15% body fat and as of today I am 175 lbs and roughly 10% body fat, 18 years old. I followed the leangains bulking protocol. The Picture titled "a (3)" is the before picture and all others are after photos. I am very pleased with the progress but should have went for more mass rather than trying to stay lean while bulking but I literally ate all I could fit into the 8-hour feeding window. I ate very healthy, never drank pop, never drank alcohol, never missed a workout and never slacked in the gym so I have no regrets. Critiquing is welcome, and actually wanted, to get some more advice on lagging bodyparts that you may notice. The lighting in these "after" photos are to my advantage but it was very similar lighting to my before pics so that should at least show the progress.
