I have my family supper for thanksgiving tomorrow. I've really stuck with my extremely clean nutritional plan and this will be my first time sticking to it in a large public setting. How do you survive thanksgiving?

Why are you cutting at 6'1" and 186? Assuming of course you are cutting.

Survive by forgetting about it for a day and enjoying yourself

Eat with moderation? There's nothing bad in turkey or a few cookies. Just enjoy with your family and forget calories for a damn day..

      This ^^^.
If you are trying to cut and worried about eating too much then just focus on filling up with veggies and lots of light meat turkey so that you get full on that and the sweets/less healthy foods look less appealing.
But in all honesty, Thanksgiving comes once a year and it's a day to have a great time with family. You should just focus on that and not on worrying about staying on your diet. One day off wont hurt your progress.

Self control? Just because there is a lot of food doesn't mean you have to eat all of it.

Those stats aren't up to date and I'm not cutting. There's no problem in eating a clean diet, I'm staying clean for an upcoming fight.

Gotcha, then I assume your fight is no time soon. I also don't know what you consider bad foods, but if it's desert, then skip desert. Otherwise eat a reasonable plate of food!

Also you simply eat what you enjoy and in the quantities you feel comfortable with, which is what you should be doing anyway! GL
