      I'm a relative noob at the gym, been doing a real routine for maybe half a year now, and i've gained an average of 1.5 pounds every 2 months -- and that is my absolute max. I can't gain weight faster than that. Don't tell me to eat more, or to add vegetable oil to all my foods, because I can't and won't do it, respectively.
